The pathway below is designed to facilitate transfer to the Texas State McCoy College of Business Adminstation for students planning to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or Marketing. The freshman and sophomore level requirements for each program are the same.

While an Associate of Arts degree at Brazosport College requires 60 credit hours, the following pathway includes 61 credit hours, applicable to each of the McCoy College of Business Adminstration at Texas State.

Foundations courses provide the footing for the remainder of the Associates Degree and beyond. They provide the knowledge and skills upon which other courses will build. Whether attending full or part time, plan to complete most if not all of Foundations prior to taking courses under Knowledge Building or Preparing for Completion.
