DFTG 1309 - Basic Computer-Aided Drafting CIP1513020011
An introduction to basic computer-aided drafting. Emphasis is placed on drawing setup; creating and modifying geometry; storing and retrieving predefined shapes; placing, rotating, and scaling objects, adding text and dimensions, using layers, coordinating systems, and plot/print to scale.Credit Hours:3 (2 lecture, 2 lab) Note:Students are encouraged, but not required, to takeDFTG 1305and DFTG 1309 in the same semester. Both courses are required as prerequisites for most Drafting classes.Course Fee: $28.00 per course.
